Former Trainee Sales Advisor of the Year progresses to third career promotion

Jodie Roberts is continuing her career progression with Persimmon Homes South Midlands, having most recently taken on the role of Trainee Area Sales Manager at the company’s Studley office, marking her third career promotion within the business.

Local to Tewkesbury, Jodie began her career with Persimmon Homes in 2020 as a Trainee Sales Advisor, gaining valuable experience in customer service and sales while developing her knowledge of the housebuilding industry. Jodie’s hard work was celebrated when she was named Trainee Sales Advisor of the Year in 2021.

After gaining further experience with Vistry, Jodie returned to Persimmon Homes in 2023 as a Sales Advisor, continuing her career with the company.

Jodie’s progression has continued with her appointment as Trainee Area Sales Manager in 2025. In this role Jodie continues to develop her leadership and management skills while supporting the sales team and gaining further experience across the business.
