New show home opens at Festival Park

Our Anglia region has launched their latest show home in Norwich and have a whole range of housing options to support local buyers as they take their first step onto the property ladder.

We've thrown open the doors to The Lambridge, a spacious four-bedroom detached home with an additional study, offering 1,395 sq ft of living space. The layout has been designed with flexibility in mind, including areas that can be adapted for home working as well as practical, open spaces suited to day-to-day family life.

Festival Park features a mix of homes from one to four-bedroom homes, attracting a wide range of buyers – from first-time purchasers to those looking to upsize.
