North Midlands housebuilder appoints new Construction Director

Persimmon Homes North Midlands has appointed Richard Flamson as Construction Director.

Richard will lead the Construction Department, working closely with site teams to ensure the safe, efficient and high-quality delivery of new homes alongside excellent customer service.

He joins Persimmon Homes from Vistry, where he served as Construction Director, bringing with him more than 25 years of experience in housebuilding and construction.

Richard has built his career through a range of operational roles, progressing from Site Manager to Construction Manager before moving into senior leadership positions.

Speaking about his appointment, Richard commented:

“I am delighted to be joining Persimmon Homes North Midlands and look forward to working with the team to build on the region’s strong performance.

I’m excited to contribute to the continued success of the business and help maintain the highest standards of quality, safety and customer service as we deliver much-needed new homes and support the communities we build in.”
