Persimmon Homes West Midlands appoints new Construction Director

Persimmon Homes West Midlands has appointed Phil Keegan as its new Construction Director, bringing more than 20 years of experience in the housebuilding industry to the role.

Phil began his career in construction as a carpenter in 2005, before progressing from Assistant Site Manager in 2011 to Production Manager in 2018 with Taylor Wimpey.

Prior to joining Persimmon Homes, Phil spent more than two and a half years as a Contracts Manager at Bloor Homes, where he gained further experience leading construction teams and overseeing the delivery of new homes.

As Construction Director, Phil will lead the construction team across Persimmon Homes West Midlands, working closely with colleagues, subcontractors and supply chain partners to support the delivery of new homes and maintain high standards across the region’s developments.
