Show home opens to house hunters in Newcastle

Homebuyers are being invited to see what houses will look like on a new development in Newcastle.

We've opened the doors to a new show home in Kenton Bank Foot. Hexham MP Joe Morris was on hand to formally open the show home during a recent site visit.

The new show home, at Foxfields sits on the edge of Kingston Park and has easy access to Newcastle airport and Newcastle city centre.

The development has a choice of 3 and 4-bedroom homes and is ideal for families, with play parks and open green spaces to be incorporated into the site.

Joe Morris, MP for Hexham said 'It was great to get to the Foxfield site to formally open the show home at the development, and to discuss the importance of access to good quality housing across the constituency, as well as discuss how I and Persimmon can help to support constituents who've moved into new estates.

“I'll keep working to ensure good housing is delivered where it is needed and supporting constituents across the communities I represent.”
