Commuting and public transport.
You can head due south of the village to Cambridge via Histon and Impington, crossing the A14 as you head into the city. The A10 is a short drive to the east, taking you right up to Kings Lynn via Ely. Cambridge is where you'd pick up mainline train services - the average journey time to London is 1 hour 20 minutes. There's an hourly bus services to Cambridge to if you need anything else, you don't have to get the car out.

Where to start? You can choose from the fabulous market in the very centre, a stroll down King's Parade, a picnic on Midsummer Common or Parker's Piece or a visit to the Fitzwilliam Museum. It's as much fun watching the punts go by from one of the riverside pubs as it is to be on one!
