Your new home in Spetchley is just to the east of the M5. It’s halfway between Junctions 6 and 7 which means that it’s tucked away from traffic joining the motorway. If you need to commute into Birmingham, the journey time is around 45 minutes by car or around an hour by train from Worcester railway station. Your new build is just off the A422 Worcester to Stratford-on-Avon (20 miles) road, while the A44 takes you down to Pershore (7 miles) and on to Evesham (12 miles), both are lovely market towns.
