New properties handed to housing association at major Weston site

The housebuilder behind the Haywood Village development in Weston-super-Mare and a local housing provider have celebrated the latest handover of homes there.

Severn Valley and LiveWest, part of Bromford Flagship LiveWest, marked the transfer on-site alongside local North Somerset councillor, Cllr Ciaran Cronelly, who was given a tour of one of two wheelchair-friendly properties that will soon be home to a local household.

The handover of 35 new homes marks the latest tranche of properties handed over on-site, each one will be going to local people and help address the area’s housing waiting lists. To date, 105 homes have been handed over across the whole site to help meet housing need.

The Haywood Village site in the town is set to deliver 2,500 new homes and includes the construction of two new primary schools, one of which is due to open next month, and a local centre. Our sister company, Charles Church, also has an outlet at the site, which secured a highly commended Development of the Year prize at the Premier Guarantee Excellence Award in 2025.

We currently have homes available to purchase on the open market at Haywood Village from £250,000. Charles Church, also has four-bed, premium homes for sale on its outlet, available from £475,000.
