New Sales Director appointed

Our South Midlands region, based in Studley, has appointed Vanessa MacNee as its new Sales Director, bringing more than 28 years of industry experience to the role.

Vanessa previously worked as Sales and Marketing Director for Persimmon Homes and Charles Church for four years, and she now returns to the business after 17 years. Vanessa joins from Crest Nicholson where she was the Sales and Marketing Director for six and a half years. 

Vanessa will lead the sales and marketing teams across Persimmon Homes South Midlands and Charles Church South Midlands, supporting the business as it continues to deliver new homes and create communities across the region.

Speaking about her appointment, Vanessa commented: “I am delighted to be returning to Persimmon Homes after 17 years and to be joining the South Midlands team as Sales Director. With more than 28 years’ experience in senior sales and marketing roles across the housebuilding industry, I’m looking forward to bringing that knowledge to the role and working alongside the team to build on the strong foundations already in place.”
