New Technical Director appointed

Our North Midlands region has appointed Alex Kenny as its new Technical Director, bringing over two decades of experience in the housebuilding industry to the role.

Alex began his career as an engineer with Bellway Homes in 2005 before progressing into senior technical roles. He previously spent three years as Technical Director at Persimmon Homes and now returns to the business 11 years later after two previous roles as Technical Director at Redrow and Keepmoat.

In his new role, Alex will lead the technical team across Persimmon Homes North Midlands, supporting the delivery of new homes and developments across the region.

Commenting on his appointment, Alex Kenny said: “I am really pleased to be returning to Persimmon after 11 years. Having started my career in housebuilding as an engineer, I’ve been fortunate to progress through a range of technical roles and gain valuable experience across the industry.

I am looking forward to bringing that experience back to Persimmon, working with the team and supporting the successful delivery of high-quality new homes across the North Midlands.”
