94% of new build buyers would recommend their builder to friends or family, according to the latest National New Homes Customer Satisfaction Survey, with over 90% of homeowners satisfied with the quality of their home.
Each year, the independent report collates survey results from new homes customers, with Five Stars awarded only when 90% or more of customers state that they would ‘recommend their builder to a friend’. Five Star status recognises excellent customer service and build quality across the entire home buying process.
