Show homes opens to house hunters in Doncaster

Homebuyers are being invited to see what homes will look like on a development on the outskirts of Doncaster.
Persimmon has opened the doors to two new show homes in Warren Park, Bessacarr.
Elected Mayor of Doncaster Ros Jones and Doncaster Deputy Mayor Glyn Jones were recently on-hand to formally open the new show homes, complete with a ribbon-cutting ceremony.
Mayor Jones and Deputy Mayor Jones formally opened Persimmon Homes’ new show home, Warren Park and the Charles Church Home, Hatchell Grange.
Both homes sit in the sought-after suburb of Bessacarr and homebuyers have a choice a choice of one, two, three and four-bedroom homes.
Around 900 new homes will be delivered when all phases of the site are completed, providing a mix of properties ranging from 2-bed to 5-bedroom houses. Over 50 homes will be transferred to a registered housing provider.
Mayor Jones said: “It was a pleasure to be invited to visit the new show homes and open them to the public.
“It is encouraging to see investment in Bessacarr and to see new, high-quality homes created.”
Deputy Mayor Jones said: “I was delighted to accompany Mayor Jones to open the new show homes and to see the progress that is being made on site.
“This marks a positive step in seeing new homes, jobs and opportunities come to the area.”
