Eye
Eye is a small rural town to the North of Suffolk, with a big history. Dominating the skyline, the landmarks of Eye Castle and the Church of St Peter & St Paul date back over a thousand years – people have been living here since the Stone Age.
Today, your new home, Eye, is a compact modern town centre with everything you could need day-to-day, including convenience stores, butchers, hairdressers and banks as well as cosy cafes, pubs and restaurants. Eye has through-education from nursery to secondary school, as well as a Health Centre that serves the town and local villages. Surrounded by beautiful countryside and perched on the River Dove, Eye has lots of opportunities for outdoor recreation, walking and cycling, so whether you’re looking for new areas to hike and bike or just want to enjoy the serenity of rural living, Eye has something for everyone.
