Carluke

Your new home, Carluke, is the largest town in the Clyde Valley. It looks out from a plateau in the fruit growing area of Scotland over the River Clyde. While its position has made it a centre for jam-making, you need never be in a jam with commutes to Glasgow city centre taking less than 30 minutes.

Carlake also has a busy high street with a great selection of shops, pubs and restaurants. While there are the usual high street banks, chemists and supermarkets, your new home in Carluke also has some independents including a great coffee shop, bakery, pizza parlour and takeaways. There’s a children’s nursery and a choice of five primary schools and a high school. And, if you enjoy sport, the John Cumming Stadium or local leisure centre can oblige.
