Tyne and Wear

Tyne and Wear is one of the most beautiful and diverse counties in the North East, offering beautiful golden beaches, miles of Green Belt as well as the iconic bridges over the River Tyne and the Angel of the North.

The county has five boroughs, which all have their own unique characters. If you’re looking for a slower pace of life, North Tyneside and South Tyneside are awash with miles of sandy beaches, coastal towns and villages. North Tyneside is well known for its quiet beaches and golf courses, while South Tyneside has popular seaside resorts and a rich Roman history.
