Hat-trick of sites for South Coast at Christmas

It’s full speed ahead for Persimmon Homes South Coast at the end of 2025 as it acquired its third site with planning permission in less than two months.

In late October, the business purchased a new site at Ringwood for 278 much needed homes that it will deliver jointly with Crest Nicholson. In November, it was confirmed that the business had also purchased a new site at Horndean, East Hampshire for 109 homes and now the team has secured a development at Calmore for 196 homes, in a village just outside of Southampton

All three sites are located in prime residential areas and form part of our ambitious growth strategy and commitment to delivering much needed new homes across Hampshire.

With two sites benefitting from existing detailed planning permissions, Persimmon are looking to start work next year. Calmore has outline planning permission with and the team are keen to bring forward both Persimmon and Charles Church on site as they seek detailed planning permission next year.
