Northumberland MP visits Persimmon site

North Northumberland MP David Smith has made a visit to Persimmon’s Hauxley Grange development to hear of progress in the area from the developers.

Mr Smith met with representatives from Persimmon to visit the site and see work on nearby development, Hauxley View.

Hosted by Stuart Grimes, Managing Director for Persimmon North East, the MP was given a tour of the development that will provide roughly 166 homes upon completion.

The Hauxley View site neighbours existing site, Hauxley Grange, in Amble, Northumberland.

David Smith MP said:

“It was a pleasure to visit Hauxley Grange and meet the team at Persimmon to hear about their progress and plans for the area.

“New homes are needed, and it was valuable to hear about Persimmon’s plans and learn more about how both the community and the housebuilder can work together.”
