Northallerton

Northallerton occupies a prime location nestled between two National Parks, the North York Moors and the Yorkshire Dales. The settlement dates back to Roman times, with the rural market town evolving from agriculture through to light industry and commerce. Today, your new build enjoys a bustling town centre packed with independent shops, high street names as well as a good choice of cafes and pubs - as well as a Market on Wednesday and Saturday. There's also a fantastic range of pubs and restaurants in the surrounding villages of Osmotherley, Asenby and Oldstead too.

Strategically positioned near the region's primary north-south arterial road, the A1(M), your new house offers direct access to major urban hubs like Newcastle-upon-Tyne and Leeds. So, if you're looking for houses for sale, it is a great place to live.

Your new home is so well-connected

The A1(M) is the key route serving the town, you join it to the west at Junction 51, Leeming Bar, just over 6 miles away on the A684. To the east of your new house is the A19 which connects York with Middlesbrough. It’s great to have these two big routes within easy reach but not running through the town. The A168 takes you south to Thirsk and the A167 heads north to Darlington. The train station is on the East Coast mainline with a direct line to London King's Cross - so you can go from your new house to the capital in less than three hours. For domestic and international flights, Teeside Airport and Leeds Bradford Airport are your closest options.
