Diversity & Inclusion

We are focused on attracting a more diverse workforce across every aspect of our operations. In 2021 we set a number of stretching targets to improve our gender diversity.

With 40% of our total employees, 45% of our managers and 35% of our Executive Committee and their direct reports will be female by the end of 2025.

We recently invited an external consultancy to conduct a review to ensure our D&I policy is robust and impactful.

Our D&I Council comprises a wide range of our senior leaders and is responsible for holding us accountable and monitoring our progress as we implement our D&I Policy.

The D&I Council’s work is informed directly by the Diversity & Inclusion Employee Panel, a varied group from across our workforce.

To demonstrate our commitment and drive progress in the industry, we are active members of the Home Builders Federation’s Diversity and Inclusion Group (chair, 2022) and the Apprenticeship Diversity Champions Network.
