Persimmon Homes is pleased to announce the promotion of Rochelle Theaker to the role of Regional Finance Manager.

Rochelle will report to Jon Knowles, the Regional Finance Director for Central and Wales, and will be responsible for providing financial support to the regional management teams implementing internal controls and ensuring accurate reporting to Group.

Rochelle joined Persimmon Homes in October 2021 as the Finance Manager for East Wales. She previously worked for Rochelle previously worked for L’Oreal UKI based in Cardiff working within both the treasury and financial accounting teams.

Commenting on the new role, Rochelle said:

"The business and regions have been through a period of transformation change and I’ve thoroughly enjoyed my time at Persimmon so far.
