The HBF has awarded Persimmon a five-star status for a second year.

The Home Builders Federation has released its annual national new homes customer satisfaction survey, an independent survey which grades builders from one to five stars based on customer feedback.

Following on from success the previous year, Persimmon was once again awarded five stars for customer satisfaction in the 2021/2022 survey year. The result was due to strong positive feedback in the eight-week customer recommendation score.

This five-star achievement is down to the hard work of Persimmon colleagues, who continue to work towards driving further improvements for our customers in the years ahead.
