North Scotland region has bolstered its customer service operation with the appointment of a new Customer Care Office Manager.

Gillian Hewitt joins from the West Scotland region, where she has spent the last 11 years, including eight years in Customer Care and three within construction delivery.

She brings with her a track record of managing high performing customer care teams, having amassed more than ten years of customer service experience. Gillian will lead the team in North Scotland, ensuring the business continues to prioritise outstanding quality and service for customers. 

Gillian’s passion for construction and customer service has seen her become a well-known name within the home builder’s offices – and with new home owners across the country.
