The 207 houses will be developed by Persimmon Homes Severn Valley, as part of the wider 2,500-home Haywood Village site.

As part of the scheme it will deliver affordable homes as including an equipped children’s play area.

Commenting, Persimmon Homes Severn Valley Managing Director Paul Moody said:

Persimmon’s significant presence in the area has included donations from its Community Champions scheme Recent local beneficiaries have included Weston Jets Baseball Club, Haywood Village Academy and Weston-super-Mare foodbank.
