Our team in Severn Valley has much to celebrate after being named winners of a Premier Guarantee Quality Recognition Award in January for The Sandcastles development in Weston-super-Mare.
The Premier Guarantee Excellence Awards has been designed to recognise the UK's best developments covered by its schemes.
Our substantial development in the seaside resort will deliver 2,500 new homes for local families and first-time buyers, along with two new primary schools and a local centre.
The Sandcastles Site Managers, Bob Prince and Mark Hill, and assistant manager, Jason Butland, have done a brilliant job working with their teams to secure the honour. The awards judge sites on five categories:
- Standard of Site Management
- Standard of Workmanship
- Health & Safety
- Site Tidiness
- General Cooperation
The Haywood Village site was also recently recognised as the ‘best site’ in Persimmon’s Wales and South West Division, as part of the Construction Excellence category in our ‘Excellence Always Awards’.
