Approval has been granted by Sandwell Council for the creation of 105 new homes in Wednesbury, located off Friar Park Road at the former Phoenix Collegiate site.

The development, delivered by our Central team and known as Tame Bridge View, will provide a mix of properties from one- to four- bedrooms. Of the homes, a proportion will be transferred to a housing association partner.

Keeping the priorities of the local community in mind, the new development commits to enhancing the local area as well as Wednesbury more generally – with high quality design, sustainability and placemaking at the forefront.

The homes will be set within a new area of public open space with a new play area and connecting footpaths. As part of the approved development, a new school will be provided from the proceeds of the land sale, with £300,000 committed to enhance local sports pitches.
