Last Few Homes Up for Grabs at New Penrith Development

Homebuyers are being encouraged to register their interest in the final remaining homes on a new housing development in Penrith.

Only the final few properties remain on the Woodberry Heights and Carleton Meadows development located a 5-minute drive east of the town centre.

The adjoining developments which have been built by Persimmon under their Persimmon and Charles Church brands, boast easy access to the Lake District and both the A66 and M6.

One couple who have already moved into their new home on the Woodberry Heights development is Anthony and Nicola Jones who wanted to relocate to somewhere more suited to their active lifestyle.

On purchasing their new home Nicola said: “Our search was all about finding the perfect place to enjoy our hobbies. We have always holidayed in the Lakes, and with all the great local shops, cafes and restaurants, it seemed the perfect place to relocate.”

“We are not DIYers, so a new build works for us and the finish and spec on Woodberry Heights is fantastic and the communication has been excellent.”

“We felt looked after and well-informed throughout” Anthony added. “It was a very easy process. The best home buying journey that we have experienced.”

Show homes and customer marketing suites are open on both Woodberry Heights and Carleton Meadows from 11 a.m. until 5 p.m, Thursday to Monday.
