Our Midlands team has strengthened its customer care function, with the appointment of Sara James to Head of Customer Care.
As part of the Northampton-based team, Sara will be responsible for providing overall leadership to the Customer Care team, ensuring service is provided within company guidelines to maximise customer satisfaction and maintain a positive company reputation.
Before joining Persimmon, Sara held the role of Operations Manager at Simplify where she supervised a department of Conveyancing teams, emphasising customer service and operational management to drive results. Prior to that, Sara held management positions across various teams, prioritising results-driven approaches.
Commenting on her new role, Sara said:
