Charles Church has acquired land in the Wiltshire village of Sutton Benger, near Chippenham, to deliver much-needed new homes for the area.

The site, located off High Street on the eastern edge of the village, has outline planning permission for up to 60 homes and was obtained by Gladman Developments earlier this year.

Covering 3.39 hectares (8.37 acres), the land will now be subject to a reserved matters application from Charles Church, setting out detailed designs and layout.
