On a Monday during the summer, you can leave your new build and head to the Pannier Market to browse Crafts and General Stalls; on Tuesday, Crafts; on Wednesday, Arts, Collectables and Books; on Thursday, Crafts and on Friday and Saturday it’s Produce and General. Built at the same time, Butcher's Row also has local businesses including a butchers, delicatessan, florist and bakery. National Parks and golden beaches

Travelling from your new house

When you have a new build in Barnstaple, the road and rail network are both nearby. The A361 – the North Devon Link Road - is the direct route from Barnstaple joining the M5 motorway at Tiverton, giving you access to the Midlands, the M4 and London. If you'd like to head to Cornwall, leave your new home for the 70-mile long A39 Atlantic Highway to Newquay. Head in the opposite direction, and the A39 will take you through the wilds of the Exmoor National Park, and offers a scenic route to the area's ever popular beaches. If you need to commute, you’ll be just over an hour’s drive from Taunton (50 miles) and Exeter (43 miles).

Barnstaple has a railway station, with services to London Paddington taking around four hours via Exeter St Davids (70 minutes). Bristol Airport is just under two hours’ drive away.
