Just four miles from the A38 Devon Expressway a major route serving the South West - stretching from Liskeard (24 miles) in Cornwall to the M5 at Exeter (44 miles). It sits on the major train line from London Paddington (just under four hours) to Penzance (just over two and a half hours).

If you'd like to celebrate the Ocean City at its best, visit the National Marine Aquarium or explore the Sutton Harbour or Plymouth Gin Distillery. If you'd like to explore the history of the area, head to National Trust Cotehele, Buckland Abbey or Saltram, all nearby.
