The South Devon University Technical College nearby caters for pupils aged 14-19.

Close to the A380 – the main route linking Paignton (10 miles) and Torquay (7 miles) with Exeter (18 miles). A short distance away from your new build, the major route for South Devon, the A38, links with the M5 at Exeter and follows the edge of the Dartmoor National Park to Plymouth (32 miles) and then on into Cornwall. Choosing a new property in Newton Abbot gives you access to the excellent railway service that can have you into Exeter in 20 minutes and Plymouth in 40 minutes. Fancy jetting off?
