Holsworthy

Holsworthy, a pretty market town in the north of Devon on the gambolling River Deer. There’s a bustling local centre where shops and businesses rub shoulders around the ancient market cross. The annual St Peter’s Fair comes to town for four days every July and the Holsworthy and Stratton Agricultural Show is a bi-annual highlight for the local farming community.

The Norman church of St Peter's and St Paul's is a Grade II* listed building and dates from the 12th century. Your new house is also close to the eight-acre Stanhope Park, complete with a children’s playground and home to the town’s local cricket and bowling clubs.
