Sales advisor Louise Clark sparkles with enthusiasm when she talks about Persimmon Homes’ select development Coverdale in Paignton – a jewel in the crown of the English Riviera.

With its brightly coloured beach huts, the traditional pier and the promenade, Paignton is great because the seafront and town centre shops are all within close proximity. “Our new phase at Coverdale offers a selection of two, three and four-bedroom homes in this thriving seaside resort. With its pretty harbour, sandy beaches and quality attractions, this sought-after location is a great place to call home - and I love helping people find their forever home here,” said Louise. Paignton is a fantastic place to live as it has plenty to see and do in the local area and Coverdale is a mere 2.9 miles away from Paignton Sands, the start of an impressive stretch of safe and sandy beaches."

“Coverdale is nestled in a valley on the outskirts of the town and there are established trees all around so there is a feeling that the development is established and absorbed into the countryside. It is wonderfully peaceful and not on a through road either,” she added. “There is a real community developing at Coverdale and because of its accessible and beautiful location it is attracting a mix of buyers.  We have first time buyers and young families, who are looking for somewhere to put down roots and that has commuter links, but we have also attracted a number of retirees who are looking to spend their free time near the sea and our glorious beaches."

Our beautiful Rufford show home is also a gem. It is beautifully decorated in neutral shades and offers some real inspiration for buyers here at Coverdale.”
