End of an era for Persimmon in Royal Leamington Spa

House hunters are running out of time to snap up one of the last remaining properties at a popular development of new homes in Warwickshire.

Bishop’s Gate on Harbury Lane, near to the village of Bishops Tachbrook, is a development of 208 new homes from Persimmon Homes now nearing completion, with just a handful of properties still available.

It will be the end of an era for Persimmon in Royal Leamington Spa: last year their Mallory Grange development was completed, and this year it will see the closure of Bishop’s Gate.

Sarah Preston, Sales Director Designate at Persimmon Homes Central said: “We will be really sad to leave the neighbourhood that our two successful developments have helped to create, and it really is the end of an era for us.

“But there is a last chance for people to secure their dream home, with just four properties remaining and a fantastic range of special offers.”

These include either a £10,000 deposit contribution or a £10,000 mortgage contribution.

One of the new homes is the stunning, double fronted, 4-bed detached Himbleton, a generously proportioned family home with triple aspect living room, utility with outside access and en suite to one of the bedrooms. The asking price is £420,000.

The remaining properties are all 5-bed Holborn house types, designed for modern living with features including open plan kitchen, breakfast and family area; utility room for laundry and extra storage, two of the bedroom with en suite and single garage. Their asking price is £570,000.

Sarah added: “For a limited time we are also offering a range of special offers on some plots, including kitchen upgrade with integrated appliances and flooring.”

The marketing suite at the development is open Thursday to Sunday, 10am to 5pm and on Monday from 11am to 6pm.
