One of Durham’s newest housing developments – Millbeck Grange – is part of an exciting new project bringing new infrastructure and opportunity to the region – Integra61.
Persimmon Homes’ Millbeck Grange is the residential area of the Integra61 project which will see huge new employment and service opportunities opening up in the area.
Sales advisor Carol is thrilled to be playing her part in the regeneration project in Bowburn.
“The work that is going on here is phenomenal,” she said. “It is fantastic to be part of this and working for Persimmon Homes on this £18m development. I am absolutely certain it is going to prove very popular with buyers from a broad section of the community.”
“Integra 61 will see shops, restaurants, health facilities, industrial units and a distribution hub spring up and Millbeck Grange is part of that exciting change.”
“The area surrounding Millbeck Grange is filled with green spaces, parks and scenic countryside - great for spending time outdoors and keeping fit.”
“The excellent transport links at this development makes commuting to Durham, Sunderland or Newcastle very easy and there is a long-established community on the doorstep in Bowburn itself.”
Carol added: “I love working for Persimmon Homes and welcoming customers to our developments.”
“At Millbeck Grange I am looking forward to selling houses to first-time buyers and seeing them make their first steps on the property ladder, as well as families looking for more room and outdoor space.”
“I love our Hornsea showhome and how it has been presented. The choice of décor and furnishings create a wonderful warm and welcoming atmosphere and I think it will inspire potential customers to make their home a Persimmon Home.”
