Persimmon Homes has launched hundreds of new homes in Stone as work continues to create a new community which will eventually provide 500 homes.
Persimmon Homes West Midlands is building at Udall Grange in the historic canal town and is now launching Phase Two of the development, providing a further 302 properties.
Phase One of the site, in Eccleshall Road, was originally launched in 2018 and has provided 115 two, three, four and five-bedroom homes. Phase three and four are also in the pipeline.
David Greengrass, head of sales for Persimmon Homes West Midlands, said: “Udall Grange has always proved popular, and we had a huge amount of interest before we even launched Phase One.”
“This level of interest is continuing as we launch further new homes. It is easy to see why as it is a lovely area, and a great community spirit is already developing there.”
There are 12 different house styles on the development, including a two-bedroom Alnwick, three-bedroom Rufford, four-bedroom Ludlow, and a five-bedroom Hadleigh, with prices starting from £184,950.
The development also has a four-bedroom Lumley showhome, which can be viewed by booking an appointment.
David added: “There is a real need for new homes in this area and we are appealing to a wide cross-section of buyers. The new phase is ideal for first-time buyers, young professionals and families and it is a great development for all ages, providing plenty of open space and footpaths for leisurely walks, plus a football pitch.”
As Phase Two is launched, people will be able to buy off-plan, before a single brick has even been laid.
David added: “Buying off-plan means purchasers can secure their preferred property and plot. In addition, reserving at this stage means customers can truly personalise their home by choosing from a range of ‘finishing touches’ - fixtures and fittings items such as kitchen units, appliances, waterfall showers, wall tiles and flooring options.”
