Persimmon Homes South Yorkshire is building 91 homes on Grantham Road.

The Landings development, aptly named in honour of the nearby RAF Waddington, will feature a mix of two, three and four-bedroom homes. Construction is already under way, with customers expected to be able to buy-off-plan by end of July.

We are working to getting our sales team on site from August and are hoping to hand over the keys to our first customers in November,” added Alastair.
