Persimmon Homes South Yorkshire marked the special achievements of four outstanding employees from South Yorkshire

Each year, Persimmon Homes runs its prestigious Achiever Awards, which spotlight the work of talented and hard-working individuals throughout the company.

Among those shortlisted this year in the company’s South Yorkshire division are sales advisor Rhianne Ince, from Doncaster who is a relative newcomer, having only joined Persimmon in February 2020. Despite being quite new to the business, Rhianne has she racked up some impressive sales figures and earned great customer feedback. 

Fellow nominee Gemma Exley joined the company as a commercial buyer at a time of major transition with the regions, yet quickly found her feet and made the role her own. Now, Barnsley-based Gemma not only stars in the buying department but has a passion to enhance processes to help make the business more efficient and environmentally responsible.

Trainee architectural technician James Whittaker, from Doncaster, works on all types of new-build homes, producing house layouts, property details and construction information. Already a great asset to the South Yorkshire region he exhibits a great drive to constantly improve and give first-class service to customers and colleagues alike.

Gemma Close is a designer from Rotherham who has excelled since joining the company, producing exceptionally efficient proposals. In a challenging year she has combined a busy home life with her professional role, always delivering on time and to a very high standard. A constant source of support to colleagues, Gemma is the final nominee for this busy region.
