Central team appoints local interior designer for show home

Our Central team has appointed Birmingham-based interior design studio, BLOCC Interiors for its show homes at the upcoming development in Erdington.

Holly Fields will feature a range of two, three and four bedroomed homes on the northern edge of the City. The show homes’ interiors - designed by the local studio - have been specially planned and curated to showcase stylish city living.

BLOCC Interiors is a design-led interiors studio specialising in detail driven show homes for new build property developers and established homes throughout the UK.

The development will bring an extensive range of community benefits to the City as well as a variety of new homes.

Sarah Cave, Sales Manager at BLOCC Interiors, said: We’re delighted to have won the contract to bring the show homes at Holly Fields to life. Being based in the City, we’re perfectly placed to have a great understanding of the local area and what the market want to see.

“The City attracts a lot of professionals and young families and we wanted to emulate this in the show home. We have created a harmonious sanctuary where every detail has been thoughtfully crafted. Attainable design and accessibility, effortlessly blending elegance and practicality, something that can be recreated with the high street finds and yet still be unique.

Sarah Preston, Sales Director at Persimmon Homes Central, said: “BLOCC Interiors were perfectly placed to help bring our vision to life and we’re very excited to have them on board. Our homes at Holly Fields are both stylish and desirable and are proving very popular with the local community.”
