Success for West Midlands region as 15 First Homes properties granted for Foxfields development.

This month, 15 First Homes properties were granted approval by Stoke-on-Trent City Council at our West Midlands team’s Foxfields site, giving more first-time buyers the opportunity to take their first step onto the property ladder.

First Homes, a new initiative from Homes England, offers first-time buyers a minimum discount of 30 per cent on the market value of a new home.
