Central team completes deal to progress brownfield development in Wednesbury

Our Central team has completed the purchase of land to unlock a community of 105 new homes in Wednesbury, at the former Phoenix Collegiate site.

The land has existing reserved matters planning permissions. Known as Tame Bridge View, the development will provide a mix of properties from one- to four- bedrooms. The planning permission granted by Sandwell Council will also enable a proportion of properties to be offered as shared ownership, private rent and part of the First Homes scheme.

Keeping the priorities of the local community in mind, this development commits to enhancing the local area - with high quality design, sustainability and placemaking at the forefront.
