Approval has been granted by East Staffordshire Borough Council for the development of a new community of 190 new homes on Beamhill Road, located to the north of #BurtonOnTrent

The site – delivered by our North Midlands team – will bring a range of new homes to the area, supporting the local need for quality new housing. The development will be made up of two- to five- bedroom properties. Of these homes, 33% will be transferred to a housing association partner for rent and shared ownership.

The site forms part of the wider Beamhill Sustainable Urban Extension and brings with it a range of community benefits, £1.9m pledged to education, £123,498 to healthcare and £67,915 to sports provision.
