Caister pupils open new playpark at Mulberry Park

It was smiles all around as children from Caister Junior School were invited to officially open the brand-new playpark at the Mulberry Park development, built by Persimmon Homes Anglia.

The pupils were the first to try out the new play equipment, enjoying slides, climbing frames and swings before being treated to a well-earned ice cream to celebrate the occasion.

The playpark is a key part of the wider Mulberry Park development and reflects Persimmon’s commitment to creating enjoyable, family-friendly spaces as part of its community-first approach to housebuilding. The opening of the playpark comes as the five-star housebuilder starts to welcome its first residents to the new development in Caister.

Jorden Knell, Sales Director of Persimmon Homes Anglia, said:

"We were pleased to welcome Caister Junior School pupils to help open the new play facilities at Mulberry Park. Providing well-designed open spaces is an important part of our approach, and this play area will offer a safe and enjoyable environment for local families as the community continues to grow."

The playpark is now open and located at the centre of Mulberry Park.
