Homebuyers are being invited to see what homes will look like on a new development in Ryhope, near Sunderland.

Housebuilder Persimmon has opened the doors to the show home at their Charles Church development, St Michael’s Way.

Sunderland Council Cabinet Member Lindsey Leonard was recently on-hand to formally open the new show home, complete with ribbon-cutting ceremony.

The site offers both 2, 3 and 4 and 5-bedroom energy efficient homes. The development has been designed with families in mind and is surrounded by green space, with Seaham Hall beach a short walk away.

St Michael’s Way is a five-minute drive away from amenities and south of Sunderland City Centre.
