£4,000 donation supports Southampton Lord Mayor’s charity fund

Persimmon Homes South Coast has donated £4,000 to the Southampton Lord Mayor’s Charity Fund, demonstrating its commitment to supporting the communities in which it builds new homes.

With a range of developments across Hampshire, Persimmon Homes is proud to help those organisations that are committed to making our communities thrive. The donation will support the Lord Mayor’s chosen charities, the Courage Foundation, Mountbatten Hospice and Saints Foundation, charities that undertake vital work with a true cross section of society.

Kim Caldwell, Sales & Marketing Director at Persimmon Homes South Coast said:

“We’re incredibly proud to support the Southampton Lord Mayor’s Charity Fund with this £4,000 donation.

“As we continue to deliver new homes across Hampshire, we’re keen to invest and support the communities we build in. The charities supported by the Mayor’s charity fund do just that and we’re pleased to play our part in helping them.”

Councillor James Baillie, Lord Mayor of Southampton, said:

“We are very grateful to Persimmon Homes South Coast for this generous donation to the Lord Mayor’s Charity Fund. Support like this plays a vital role in helping us raise funds for a range of local charities that provide essential support to people across the city.”

The Lord Mayor’s Charity Fund raises money for a selection of causes chosen during the Mayor’s term of office, helping to address key issues and provide assistance to those most in need.
