Persimmon Homes and Charles Church Midlands have started construction on the next phase of Dallington Grange housing development on the north-western edge of Northampton.
The next phase will deliver 295 two- to five-bedroom homes on land next to Harlestone Firs, with 153 homes being delivered by Persimmon Homes and a further 122 by Charles Church.
The new homes form part of the wider Dallington Grange development, which plans to deliver around 3,000 homes along with a new primary and secondary school, parks, shops and community facilities.
Construction work is now getting underway, with the first homes expected to take shape as the development progresses.
Claire Dearsley, Sales Director at Persimmon Homes Midlands, commented:
“We are delighted to have begun construction on the next phase of Dallington Grange, marking another key milestone in the creation of this new community.
This phase will deliver a range of much‑needed homes for local people and forms an important part of the wider Dallington Grange development. We look forward to seeing this next phase take shape and continuing our role in supporting a vibrant, sustainable future for the local community.”
