Homebuyers are being invited to see what houses will look like on a new development in Stockton.

Persimmon Homes have opened the doors to a new show home, Little Maltby, in Ingleby Barwick. 

The development has a choice of 2, 3 and 4-bedroom homes and is well suited to professionals, first-time buyers and families. 

Little Maltby sits next to Yarm, Ingleby Barwick Shopping Centre, local leisure facilities, Ingleby Barwick Nature Reserve and the North York Moors National Park to explore.

Stockton West MP Matt Vickers was recently on-hand to formally open the show home during a site visit.
