Work has started on site for 208 new homes in Coseley in the Black Country.
The site, which is being built by, is the third phase at the Coseley New Village site and will provide a mix of high-quality homes ranging from 1 and 2 bedroom apartments and 3 and 4 bedroom houses designed to meet local housing need. The homes will benefit from environment enhancements will the fitting of solar panels.
The site will also house a piece of public art which is currently be sought from a local artist.
Neil Williams, Regional Managing Director at Central, said: “We are delighted to have secured approval for this phase of the development, which will bring much-needed new homes to Dudley. The earlier phases have proved very popular, so we’re really pleased to be able to extend the development and offer more new homes for local people.”
