Persimmon Homes urged would-be buyers to strike early to snap up the best bargains at its latest development in Oakley.
Persimmon Homes South Midlands says its new Oakley Grange development, built on the former GCHQ site in Cheltenham, has been designed to meet the demands of both first-time buyers and people moving up the property ladder.
And it says customers prepared to buy off-plan – before a single brick has been laid - are likely to land the best deals.
Carol Selway, head of sales for Persimmon Homes South Midlands, said: “The development offers a mix of two, three and four bedroom homes plus two bedroom apartments and is in walking distance to the town centre as well as being close to the M5.”
“This exciting new development will feature 300 new homes. Its location combines all amenities needed for daily life while also benefiting from the close proximity of the beautiful and tranquil Cotswold’s countryside with its many picturesque towns and villages.”
“We are already seeing a steady increase in buyers wanting to get ahead of the game and purchase their new home off-plan, buyers are finding that we are competitively priced compared with other house builders locally and we can offer a number of benefits to reward early bird reservations.”
“Buying this way means purchasers can secure their preferred property and location within the development. In addition by reserving at this stage means customers can truly personalise their home by choosing from a range of fixtures and fittings such as kitchen units, flooring, tiles or accessories.”
“It also means that buyers have the maximum amount of time to get everything sorted, taking some of the stress out of moving home.”
