A married couple have settled into their dream house at The Steeples in Calvert.
Sharon and Matthew Probitts moved into their brand new Persimmon home using the Part Exchange scheme - the housebuilder bought their old home allowing them to purchase a brand new house.
Sharon (40), a PA and company secretary at Solid State Logic, and her husband Matthew (43), an engineer at Pride Mobility Products, moved to Calvert after residing in Bicester for 18 years.
The couple have purchased a three bedroom, 'Heath' style home. Sharon said: “We love everything about our new property; it is perfect for us and we absolutely love the layout, as the rooms are so spacious.”
Using the Part Exchange Plus scheme meant Persimmon Homes bought the Probitts’ previous home from them, making the move hassle free and simple.
Part Exchange Plus allows Persimmon Homes to arrange for at least two valuations, agree a market price and buy your existing property from you. There are no hidden marketing costs and no chains to break down.
If Persimmon Homes are not able to buy your home they can use all their expertise and contacts to help you market your current home. Sharon added: “Everyone at Persimmon was so helpful and they were there every step of the way to offer guidance and support.”
However, Sharon is not the only person loving her new home - her sister has been so swept away by the property, she has bought the same style property a few streets along, at The Steeples.
The village of Calvert is ideally located for commuters, being just 15 minutes from Buckingham and 20 minutes to Bicester.
The village is surrounded by beautiful countryside and within easy reach of excellent schools, schools, sports facilities and three golf clubs close by.
Persimmon Homes Midlands has developments across the region including Milton Keynes, Bedfordshire and Northamptonshire.
